Our Process

Step 1: Initial Consultation

A free no fee service

During our initial meeting, we'll discuss the scope of your project. this will include:

space usage
Interior & exterior finishes
budget considerations
questimated timeframe from start to completion

Step 2: Proposal Preparation/Review

We provide a written proposal and budget, materials, schedules and timeline as discussed in the initial consultation. Review and finalize the written proposal for interior & exterior finishes, budget, and schedule.

Step 3: Construction Planning

Deposit required for permits are applied set date of construction. Begin ordering materials and finishes.

Step 4: Construction

Begin work schedule as agreed in proposal. Work goes on continuously until completion

Step 5: Customer Satisfaction

During the work process customers request changes or alterations from the original design, we will be happy to remedy any changes with minimal impact to the completion of your project. Your satisfaction is key as we expect you will want to refer One Call Construction to family, friends and neighbors.
